For families and others who need a bit more room and perhaps
a kitchen, or who want more privacy, the Mazama Country Inn offers
a number of privately owned vacation homes in the Mazama area.
Each has a fully equipped kitchen. All linens are provided. (However,
no maid service is provided during your stay unless special arrangements
are made.)
These cabins are located as close as 100 yards and as far away
as 6 miles from the Inn. They offer a range of conveniences and
settings and have proven very popular with our guests, many of
whom book the same cabin year after year.
Please note: All cabins are rented for a 2 night minimum, except for holidays which have a 3 night minimum (unless noted otherwise).

Happy Trails is a family-friendly log cabin on shared - 9 acres of pine, fir and aspen woodland on the Methow River, across Hwy 20 from Freestone Lake and the trail system. Kids young and old will love skiing or biking right out the back door, watching deer cross through the woods, exploring the river, tire swing and dinosaur sand pit. Our cabin has an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, radiant / elec & stove heat, and a window wall facing Goat Peak. Upstairs- K Master, Jacuzzi bath, loft with Q sofa bed. Downstairs- Q room, 3/4 bath, stainless kitchen, and special kids’ room with bunk beds and 2 single pull out beds (for 4 kids). Stocked with movies, CDs, games, wireless, BBQ, washer/dryer, portacrib, high chair, personal touches throughout.
Regular Rates: $265 / night High Season. $290 / night Holiday Seasons. Dog fee of $25 one-time charge per well-behaved dog. No cats please. Rates based on 4 people. $20 extra per person per night. Sleeps up to 10.

Linda Vista: is a two-story luxury mountain home with a beautiful view, located on 6 acres near the Freestone Inn in Mazama. This beautifully crafted home offers panoramic views of the upper Methow Valley and surrounding North Cascades Peaks. The fabulous Methow Valley Community Trail crosses the property, providing world-class cross country skiing and mountain biking right out your front door. Linda Vista sleeps seven and has 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and master bath. On the second floor one bedroom has a queen-size bed and a day bed. The other bedroom features a queen-size bed and a writing desk. An upstairs office has a desk and a sofa. A fully-equipped kitchen, dining table that seats 10, spacious great room, washer/dryer, phone, and other amenities make this a delightful retreat for families and friends. Windows surround the great room and kitchen, bathing the home in light and offering fabulous views of the nearby mountains. The huge wraparound porch enhances the connection to the outdoors. We provide games, CD player, and maps and guide books to help you select the best trails for walking, skiing, and biking. Linda Vista is an eco-friendly home that utilizes an extremely energy efficient geothermal heating and cooling system, Energy Star appliances, water-saving toilets, and native plant landscaping. No smoking and no pets please. Bring slippers.

Lost River Cabin: A cozy cabin located 6 miles north of Mazama in Lost River. This nicely appointed cabin has two bedrooms (1 queen bed / 1full bed) with two additional sleep mats for a 5th and 6th person. The cabin has air conditioning in the summer and is primarily heated in the winter months with an environmentally friendly wood stove, but it also has electric heat. The cabin has a complete kitchen with all dishes, cookware, and appliances. In addition, there is a telephone, washer/dryer, stereo with CD player, satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, a movie collection and High Speed Wireless Internet Connection. Lost River Cabin is surrounded by tall pines and has a beautiful mountain view. There are two large decks complete with lawn furniture, gas grill, and a hammock.

Mustang Alley - Authentic log cabin retreat with modern amenities in a truly rustic setting. Open living space with two bedroom open loft, sleeps 4-6 in 3 queen beds. Our Phoenix House is a large, carpeted two level home. It has three bedrooms with one queen bed in each, and three bathrooms with showers. In addition, it offers a TV, VCR, stereo, telephone, electric heat, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, BBQ, privacy, and great mountain views. A more modern, but very comfortable feeling house.

The Stone's Throw is a luxury mountain lodge on 4 secluded acres near Mazama. It is located on the trail system and just a short walk from the river. The two-story home has 3 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, plus a quality full size sleeper sofa in the living room. The cathedral vaulted living room boasts a propane fireplace, clad floor to ceiling in local river rock. Stone’s Throw has a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats eight. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub shower. Amenities include a stereo with CD player, TV/VCR/DVD, phone, high speed DSL, washer and dryer, and a gas grill on the deck. No smoking and no pets please.

Mazama's Triple J Cabin is situated on 10 shared acres of open woodland in the heart of the upper Methow Valley. You’ll have direct access to the Methow River and the MVSTA trail system (Methow Community Trail near Freestone Lake) is a short walk away. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There are 2 bathrooms; upstairs includes a large shower and downstairs a 2-person soaking tub/shower. Both are finished in slate tile. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range and is open to the dining and living rooms for easy interaction with friends while you are preparing meals. The comfortably-furnished living room has a cathedral ceiling and 2-sided river rock fireplace common to the master bedroom. Deer Run Chalet
is built of rock and stucco. It is nestled in an aspen grove, on the edge of a beautiful meadow, with spectacular views of the mountains. Right on the X-Country trails, with a community beach on the Methow River, this chalet is just a short walk or ski from the Mazama Inn or Store. Wood floors with posts and beams command the common area of the comfortable and light interior. The master suite is the whole upstairs, with a king size bed, bath with a claw foot soaking tub, and a private deck. a Craftsman-style mountain home in Mazama. Situated on three acres of pine
and fir, its great-room windows look out on a wildlife preserve that is a
prolific fawning area. You are just a short walk to the Methow Community
Trail, the Mazama River, and Goat Creek. This is a three-bedroom, 2½ bath,
2200-square-foot home that comfortably sleeps eight, offering a magnificent
river-rock gas fireplace, a deluxe kitchen, and plush country-style bedrooms.
The master suite has a king-size bed and bathroom with a soaking tub and
separate shower. Upstairs, the Doe Room has a queen-size bed and a balcony
overlooking the wildlife preserve. The upstairs Buck Room has two twin beds
